·          Creating and implementing club action and improvement plans against key metrics based on the 4 monthly cycle and managing own teams to deliver.

·          Lead roles in yearly regular training of staff in resort and on yearly residential training events.

·          Consulting on management and operation of activity programs in UK and overseas holiday resorts.

Key Achievements:

ü   2-week consultation visit to Parkdean resorts. 2020. Direct support for Activities and Experience Manager, guidance on activity delivery, support training around being ‘on show’ outside work hours, consult on facilities, equipment, and program development.

ü   Created new activity concept – TUI SENSATORI ARCHERS, 2018. A highly successful and popular new concept that is now a core part of the activity program in TUI SENSATORI Resorts.

ü  Consulted in 2020 TUI SENSATORI Sports and Wellbeing training including leading a full day of Archery training for 20 new coordinators, sports program activities, and specialist supervisor training.
