I am a seasoned commercial banking professional with an University degree in Finance. Though I started my career in Retail Banking Customer Relationship team of a commercial bank in Bangladesh, I found my nag for data crunching while I was deployed in the Core Banking Software Migration Project as the Business Analyst for Retail & SME Segment of the bank. I was responsible in tailoring the Oracle FlexCube Universal Banking System V14.3 to the industry & banks requirement. After completion of the Project in 2023, I joined as the Unit Head of Retail Business Analyst & Attrition Management team & served till 2024. 

Currently I am taking a career break to reunite with my family in limassol, Cyprus. In my personal time I like to travel & read. I constantly invest my time & effort to learn new things & remain updated. By the end of 2025, I will be permanently residing in Limassol with my family. Hence looking for new career development prospects.

Core Responsibilities as Business Analyst & Attrition Manager (2019-2024) was to ensure a healthy Retail & SME business portfolio, doing compliance & regulatory reporting for Retail Banking, providing management with insights on Attrition Trend, specific portfolio growths & highlighting area of Business & process that have room for improvement. Last but not the list, assisting management in formulating future plan by providing data driven analysis.

Core Responsibilities as Business Analyst in Project Management (2021-2023) was to initiate, guide & implement the new version of Oracle Flexcube UBS V14.3. Jointly worked with Oracle India and the bank's own IT team to tailor the CBS with the Retail Banking needs. Along with implementation of the software, I was solely responsible for educating a team of approximately 1K active branch users of the functionality of this Software by providing hands-on & remote training and support.

Completed MBA in Finance from United International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2013. Prior to that completed BBA in Finance from Jahangirnagar University back in 2009.
