- Reviewing quotations from various companies and understanding the pros and cons of each and provide advice.
- Confirming and validating the measurements taken onsite from various suppliers, contractors, or subcontractors.
- Organising/booking dates for specific tasks to take place in line with the Contractor's schedule of works.
- Liaising with clients and the contractor in relation to the client's finishes, i.e., ceramic tile selections, carpentry colours, sanitary ware selections etc.
- Inspecting the completed work ensuring it is up to standards.
- Inspecting the finished property and completing a full snagging list confirming the work is complete without any defects or damages.
- Assisting the clients with any technical questions that they may have in relation to the project's construction or specifically to their property.
- Taking photos/videos and documenting the construction projects while also providing reports of the progress, if requested.
- Attending various meetings in relation to projects. These could range from engineering meetings, architect, mechanical meetings, or electrical meetings.
- A min of 3 years' experience in an Operational role will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
