Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Representative at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, assisting with reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The Guest Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
