- Identifying, evaluating and recruiting new Affiliate Partners;
- Build and develop relationships with existing Affiliate Partners;
- Setting strategic affiliate marketing goals, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks with ease;
- Prepare marketing campaigns and agendas to present to clients during meetings;
- Developing strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts;
- Bringing new ideas and innovative thinking to the business;
- Manage relationships with partners, streamers, affiliates, and providers
- Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the Marketing department;
- Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate and streamer partnerships;
- Execute the day-to-day management of the affiliate program with a focus on driving growth, reaching new partnerships and maximizing ROAs.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Fintech industry;
- Experience in sales (preferably in Affiliate or Digital);
- Experience with Affiliate Performance Platforms such as: Affise or RedTrack
- High degree analytical expertise;
- Established relationships within the affiliation network;
- Fluency in the English language, (verbal and written) - Any other language will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to exceed clients' demands;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- Outside the box' thinker;
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment.
