- Developing and implementing a strategic vision for the PSP department in alignment with company goals and industry trends;
- Managing and leading a team of payment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve department objectives;
- Overseeing payment processing activities, including deposit and withdrawal processes, fraud prevention, and chargeback management;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including finance, compliance, and customer support, to optimize payment processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Building and maintaining relationships with external payment providers and partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the availability of a wide range of payment options;
- Monitoring industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential risks for the company's payment operations;
- Continuously improve payment-related systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and user experience;
- Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive payment data and prevent fraud;
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on payment performance, KPIs, and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payment operations, with a strong background in the i-gaming/payments solutions industry;
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of payment professionals;
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing, including payment methods, regulations, and compliance requirements;
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with payment providers and partners;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
