As a Risk Associate, you will conduct tests and assessments as per guidelines, specifically targeting high-risk clients to mitigate potential risks and safeguard the company's interests. This includes analyzing data, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing strategies to minimize risks. Additionally, you willcollaborate with other teams to develop and enforce risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Performing tests before connecting a new client/website
• Checking the working conditions and activity for each site
• Tracking changes on clients' websites
• Performing routine checks for all websites using the company's services
• Mapping & analyzing data and preparing reports accordingly
• Matching data received from clients with the company CRM system
• Handling chargebacks and potential fraud
• Work with other departments to perform daily duties and to achieve common goals
• Any ad-hoc duties as required by the business

Requirements

• Full training is provided but some experience within an office environment will be beneficial
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English including written and verbal
• Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of computers in general
• Ability to multi-task
• Previous experience using Excel and utilizing formulae
