Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Agent to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus. The candidate will be responsible for developing our customer success strategy to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.

Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of API documentation.

Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process, leveraging API documentation effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.

Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in technical support, particularly in the payments industry.

Strong understanding of API documentation and integration processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
