Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Sanctum Spa & Fitness at Limassol Marina Health bar. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the food service department, including managing food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, training staff, and budgeting for food and beverage resources.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in training and supervising staff
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety and hygiene certification
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
