For the last fifteen years, I have been working as a Head of Banking Hall at Central Cooperative Bank PLC Bulgaria – Cyprus Branch. At this position, I am responsible to manage a small team of people and to solve any arising issues related to the banking services. I also serve customers, which consists of opening bank accounts, KYC filling and review, executing transfers, depositing / withdrawing funds, cheque deposits, debit / credit cards processing etc. Furthermore, in my capacity as Head of Banking Hall I review all customer files and relating documentation, in order to ensure compliance with the Anti – Money Laundering Law. I am CYSEC AML certified.
