- Create and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns.
- Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path increasing customer lifetime value.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to maintain a promo and events calendar, coordinate design, and schedule CRM campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Assisting communications plans that are simple, effective and manageable.
- Experience in iGaming industry CRM vertical.
- Knowing different iGaming CRM tools.
- Data-driven and curious about customer behavior.
- Optimistic and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to be independent and lead on projects.
- English is a must, RU, GER, TR, Portuguese is plus.
