- Oversee the daily operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Work closely with the board of directors and the senior management team to implement the company's strategic plan, translating vision into operational strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and performance. Implement effective systems, policies, and procedures to advance the company's mission and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance management team; oversee recruitment, training, workflow, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with the finance department to budget, monitor operational performance, and optimize financial practices and metrics.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the management team informed of all critical issues. Represent the company externally, cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage risk and ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Proven experience as a COO or relevant role within the FEC (Family Entertainment Center) or related entertainment industry.
- Experience in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
