- Follow up on circulars and directives by the Central Bank of Cyprus.
- Stay updated on circulars and laws from regulatory bodies related to the bank's operations.
- Create and adjust policies and procedures in line with local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance tests at the branch.
- Support the DPO in GDPR matters.
- Review credit assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain the branch's control book and conduct gap analysis with Head Office's help.
- Ensure new branch products meet regulatory standards.
- Preferably a Law graduate, but Banking & Finance graduates will also be considered.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- 3-5 years' experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, or Internal Audit in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
