    We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales initiatives of our SaaS solutions targeted at the fintech sector. This full-time position is based preferably in Cyprus, though semi-remote arrangements are possible.

    Direct experience in payments, SaaS or Banking (no forex or gambling).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new business opportunities by forging strategic partnerships and expanding the client base.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Employ a variety of lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Present Solutions: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products to potential clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate and Close Deals: Take the lead in negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals to drive revenue growth.
    • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to refine strategies and offerings.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
    • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets, track progress, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, particularly in SaaS or fintech industries, with a history of achieving targets.
    • Strong Negotiation Skills: Skilled in leading negotiations and closing deals, focusing on creating win-win situations.
    • Excellent Communication: Proficient in verbal and written English. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Russian, is an advantage but not essential.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and think strategically.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, able to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively.
    • Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years in relevant business development or sales roles.
