    The Company

    Our client, working closely with Staffnode Recruitment, is a leading licensed financial markets Forex business based in Limassol, Cyprus. This well-known business specialises in banking, currency trading, e-trading and technology innovation. They provide to their clients state-of-the-art trading platforms, along with excellent customer service. Currently expanding their team, they are looking to hire professionals with initiative, drive and a friendly personality to join their close-knit team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing a small team of finance/accounting professionals
    • Planning and implementation of annual budgets.
    • Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements on a semi-annual basis.
    • Overview Profit and Loss projections
    • Review and control of weekly cash flows and cash flow projections
    • Review of monthly management accounts and relevant reviews/analysis

    Candidate Profile

    • Educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field.
    • Ideally, member of a professional accounting body (ACCA/ACA/CPA).
    • Previous work experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance position (ideally 5+ years)
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Greek language considered advantage – but not mandatory
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Team player, dynamic and positive personality
