- Strategically advising key stakeholders on all HR matters
- Resolving employee relations issues with fairness and impartiality
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and overseeing employee relations across our global offices
- Crafting and optimizing our global organizational structure
- Leading the development and implementation of progressive HR policies
- Cultivating an employee-centric corporate culture and managing the employee lifecycle globally
- Spearheading initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion
- Directing all HR management activities in alignment with our business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 5 years of senior HR experience in iGaming or online gaming
- Profound knowledge of international HR practices and regulations
- Strong strategic acumen and adept problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thrives in a global, cross-cultural environment
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is advantageous
