Human Resources Specialist, Nicosia – HRS/02/26As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering our people strategy. From recruitment to development, engagement, and employee experience, this role is ideal for professionals who want to grow their career in a dynamic and people-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the annual performance management cycle and assist in creating meaningful development plans.
- Lead and support recruitment efforts to attract top talent who align with our values and culture.
- Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs to create strong first impressions and smooth transitions.
- Build strong relationships across teams to support engagement, morale, and productivity.
- Identify training needs and support the execution of learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
- Contribute to the organization of company events that bring our people together and strengthen team spirit.
- Support additional HR-related tasks and initiatives as assigned.
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any other relevant field. A postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc/MA in HR, Organizational Behaviour, or MBA) will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with digital HR tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High service orientation and professionalism.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
