    Our client is one of the leading business establishments in Cyprus with diverse activities and investments in the real estate and other sectors. For their expanding team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant. The successful candidate must at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. If you are ready for the next step in your career, apply for this role today MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Dealing with daily financial activities.
    • Accounting and bookkeeping.
    • Communication, cooperation and coordination with tenants and suppliers.
    • Maintain accounts payable records ensuring timely payment of invoices.
    • Bank Reconciliations.
    • Debtor and Creditor reconciliations and management.
    • Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets.
    • Preparation of payroll.
    • Preparation of monthly management reports, and of other reports or analysis.
    • Preparation and submission of VAT returns/ IR7 Forms.
    • Preparation of provisional and final tax.
    • Liaising with Auditors for the preparation of the audited financial statements.
    • Performance of any other accounting duties as assigned. CANDIDATE PROFILE
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. ACA/ACCA membership is a must.
      • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
      • Good knowledge of Navision accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) will be considered an advantage.
      • Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and financial reporting principles.
      • Fluent English and Greek is required (oral and written).
      • Professional, trusted, and reliable person.
      • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 1pm and 2pm – 5 pm. Due to the high volume of applications we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
