- Create project status reporting (Project burndown/ Burnup charts)
- Organise Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings along with the Scrum team and project manager.
- Participate in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products.
- Gather requirements from the business and involves in the process all stakeholders (for the whole lifecycle).
- Partner with IT and logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing business requirement documents, prioritising deliverables and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including business functional testing.
- Deliver multiple business projects of varying complexity and size.
- Assess the project risks and create a risk matrix.
- Manage all stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Produce well defined delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence and delivery timelines. CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc/MSc in management, computer science, engineering, or in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understand business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain stakeholders' buy-in and cooperation across departments.
