    A well-established Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus with Head Offices in Larnaca are looking to recruit a Back Office Files Processing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a back-office role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a reputable company, we are looking forward to receiving your application. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Receive, review and process back-office files in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and transaction information.
    • Conduct reconciliation activities.
    • collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of transactions and resolve any issues or inquiries.
    • Assisting back office with any documentation CANDIDATE PROFILE
      • BS in Management Information System (MIS) or similar.
      • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in related field.
      • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in an effective manner.
      • Logical, analytical, and critical reasoning skills.
      • Ability to stay focused.
      • Ability to work under pressure of time and resources to meet agreed deadlines.
      • Organized, attentive to details and meticulous.
      • Sets priorities.
