    GRS Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our client's dynamic team in Larnaca, Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to their group of companies with diverse business interests.     • Handle Ongoing Legal cases
    • Responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel and support to our organization ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks
    • Responsible for the general corporate administration function of allocated portfolio including for example, corporate secretarial duties such as preparation of minutes, resolutions, POAs
    • Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers, banking and other institutions.
    • Be familiar with the e-Filing system of the companies registrar
    • Very good awareness of the AML compliance requirements and able to apply relevant judgement and such requirements in practice
    • Communication with associates, agents, clients daily in order to accommodate their legal administration needs
    • Assist management with any internal reporting requirements CANDIDATE PROFILE
      • Educated to LLB degree level
      • Solid working experience in a similar position
      • Fluent in Greek and English language
