- Supports a mid-sized team of Sales Professionals with account management tasks for various accounts scopes and complexities.
- Day to day interaction with clients and underwriters in respect of client servicing, policy renewal cycles and other
- Facilitates communication across businesses, internally and externally
- Creates and maintains policy files according to company standards
- Assists in the preparation of client and other presentations and associated workings
- Assists and contribute to the departmental budget and company strategic initiatives
- Assists with the organisation and/or registration of departmental events, promotional activities, training forums
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently
- Must be detail-oriented and very efficient
- Must be flexible and have a great attitude
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek would be an advantage)
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- University Graduate with BA / BSc (MSc and/or professional qualifications in insurance would be advantageous)
