- Participation in the implementation of the company's policy in the Construction sector.
- Overall supervision and responsibility for the timly and efficient execution of the works under his supervision.
- Collaborate with other engineers' disciplne involved in the project.
- Evaluate the progress of projects and take remedial measures when required.
- Responsible for organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project activities.
- Direct project from conception to completion.
- Review the project estimated cost.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction approved techniques.
- Overseeing compliance with building and health & safety regulations.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Member of ETEK.
- Working experience in the construction industry of at least 10 years.
- Good technical knowledge of industry standards, products specification.
- computer knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), MS Project and/or Premavera, AutoCAD, and will be an advantage a knowledge of Revit and BIM.
- Verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, project organization and communication skils. Knowladge of Russian language will be an advantage.
