- Project Manager/Client's representative for new projects, renovations, restorations, repairs, etc.
- Management, Administration, Co-Ordination and Supervision of the Civil and Building projects, ordered by the Technical Manager
- Management Services provided for all parts of the Project Cycle - from Inception to Completion (including new works, maintenance works, renovation works, demolition works etc.)
- Monitoring the Planning and Design process and the Tendering procedures, Advising the design team on construction strategy and contract and Negotiate best possible prices for individual project
- Following the progress, controlling cost & quality and ensuring compliance with the approved Project Programme and budget in cooperation with the design team and/or 3rd party Consultant and Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with the approved budget CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Master's Degree will be considered as advantage.
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, building and civil engineering projects
- Fluency in Greek and English language
