- Maintaining and updating accounting records via accounting software SAP.
- Preparing and maintaining ad-hoc reports.
- Liaising with banks and being responsible for bank related matters.
- Liaising with creditors and debtors.
- Managing reconciliations (cash, banks, receivables, payables, axes).
- Assisting with VAT & VIES registration and submission, filing and all related tasks.
- Contributing to the statutory compliance (preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Compliance, etc.) CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate of degree in Accounting or other related field.
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience in a similar position.
- IT Literate and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Previous experience and knowledge of SAP accounting software would be advantageous.
- In process for obtaining AAT/ CAT /ACCA, will be considered as an advantage.
- Good understanding and previous experience with Tax and VAT matters, will be considered an advantage.
- Time management skills, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys being part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong work ethics, confidentiality, positive attitude and professional approach.
