    GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established group of companies based in Limassol who are searching for an Accountant to join the team. For this role we are looking for someone with at least 4 years' experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping and preparation of post monthly journal entries. If this sounds like the role you have been looking for then GRS Recruitment would love to hear from you today. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Book-Keeping and Preparation and process/post monthly journal entries in the accounting program.
    • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
    • Monthly debtors reconciliation.
    • Preparation of payroll / social insurance payment
    • VAT/ VIES preparation and submission.
    • Preparation of payments of expenses and other creditors for approval
    • Liaising and assisting with the company's auditors during the annual audits.
    • General administration duties (filing, answering the phone).
    • Willingness to assist on any task that may arise to assist the company.
    • Being able to work on their own initiative.
    • The successful candidate will report directly to the Management of the Company. CANDIDATE PROFILE
      • Bsc Accounting degree or other related field
      • Higher diploma in Accounting or LCCI & have relevant working experience.
      • Working experience in the same field of work for at least 4 years.
      • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.
      • Very Fluent in English and Greek.
      • Knowledge of accounting software (MMH will be considered an advantage).
      • Detailed oriented, punctual, follow policies and procedures of the company.
