- Grow the company's base of client and partner relationships, primarily through Institutional Sales
- Facilitate the sales and pricing process to achieve the Company's profit objectives by generating trading activity; and maximize new business development opportunities
- Develop, maintain and improve business relations with institutional accounts
- Establish a trusted advisor status with existing client and partner relationships and the ability to influence key decision makers by inspiring confidence in winning new institutional accounts
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Prospect the company's target client and partner databases as well as own personal network of clients and partners to represent the company's product offering mix
- Manage the sales process through closure, and once close manage the day-to-day account management of the institutional accounts
- Maintain periodic contact with and act as a constant liaison between clients and partners and the rest of the company for various activities
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven work experience as a German Sales or any other related field
- Previous working experience in similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Multitask and organised under pressure
